We here at Tighten Up! have been a fan of what these two have been doing the past 2 years. In the past, Nero was known best for their drum & bass production but that all changed with their dubstep remixes for The Streets, Deadmau5, N.E.R.D, La Roux, and dnb veteran, DJ Fresh. We look forward to featuring them more on our podcasts but can’t wait to see what they do in 2011.
Meet Chewbacca’s wife Mallato, their son Lumpy, and father Itchy in this classic Star Wars holiday special!
Incase you have never tried FourLoko and wonder what the experience is like?
It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving with out a good ol American values speech from Sarah Palin and a guy slaughtering a turkey.
A few months ago I received this dance floor drum & bass tune from an artist I had not heard. As soon as I listened and the first drop came, I knew the kids were going to love hearing this dnb track in club. During my nightly search on Google Records, I stumbled upon this HUGE dubstep remix that Krusha submitted for the Metric Remix contest and again he hits the dance floor hard. So if you like big basslines w/melodies head on over to HYPE MACHINEand give KRUSHA a heart. Be sure to check out his Soundcloud page too because I’m sure we’ll be hearing a lot more from Krusha on the Tighten Up podcasts.
Ummm besides The TightenUP! podcast… we can only guaranty a few podcasts will make your iPod explode. Datamix is one of those mixes. Full of face melting, Designer Drugs brings a heavy dose of “let’s get Ultamized” with DataMix 11. Stand out tunes from this mix is the Alvin Risk remix of Fly by night, Duck Sauce’s Barbra Striesand, The Oddworld remix of Heavy, and Designer Drugs forthcoming track, Through the Prism with Cerebral Cortex.
Bonus Round: check out an upcoming release from Designer Drugs
